• Harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against any user.
• Impersonate CAD Guardian LLC, staff, artists, or other users.

2.3 Technical Abuse

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems (hacking, SQL injection, brute-force).
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code that could damage the Platform.
• Deploy denial-of-service (DoS), distributed DoS (DDoS), or other attack vectors.
• Monitor or intercept network traffic without authorization.

2.4 Commercial Abuse

• Submit false or fraudulent business inquiries or lead generation spam.
• Redirect Platform traffic to competing or malicious services.
• Abuse referral, affiliate, or other incentive mechanisms to artificially inflate value.

2.5 Illegal Activity

• Facilitate or engage in any illegal activity (money laundering, fraud, trafficking).
• Violate export controls, sanctions, or other regulatory restrictions.
• Infringe on third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.

2.6 Content Violations

• Post content that is hateful, obscene, violently graphic.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction or ours.

3. Monitoring & Enforcement

CAD Guardian LLC monitors Platform activity for violations of this Policy and applicable law. Monitoring may include:

• Automated abuse detection systems.
• User reports and community flagging.
• Log analysis and traffic inspection.

All data collected during monitoring is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Consequences of Violation

Violations of this Policy may result in:

• Warning or notice to the user.
• Temporary or permanent account suspension.
• Content removal or modification.
• Legal action, including claims for damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of costs.
• Reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
